Chef, Kieran McCallion, never wants to leave the kitchen - it is his life. He has sourced the best of Scottish produce to create an exciting, vibrant and satisfying five or nine course taster menu for Restaurant 88 and we delight in your experience of it.

In Scotland, we have a proud tradition of producing excellent food: our seafood and beef are famous across the globe, our local organic fruit and vegetable growers award-winning and our artisan cheeses are also making their mark with connoisseurs. We fully embrace and celebrate this culture whilst bringing the best of international cuisine to your plate.

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from local and sustainable producers. In this way, the time between procurement and service is minimal so that freshness and flavour are guaranteed.
